Jeffrey A. Schoenborn Principal, Casteel Schoenborn Investor Relations Jeff Schoenborn has 25 years of consulting and in-house corporate experience, providing investor relations and strategic communications counsel on matters including executive leadership changes, governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and secondary offerings, restatements and other accounting issues, adverse media coverage, litigation and government investigations. At Casteel Schoenborn, Jeff provides strategic IR consulting services to U.S. banks and other financial services companies, as well as special situations and crisis communications counsel to corporations in a variety of industries. He has worked with publicly held firms with market capitalizations ranging from under $100 million to more than $80 billion to execute ongoing investor relations and communications programs to achieve corporate objectives and secure full and fair valuation for the companies’ shares. Prior to co-founding Casteel Schoenborn, Jeff served as a senior vice president in the investor relations practice of Travers Collins. Previously he served as a director, corporate communications at Accenture, associate director, corporate communications at Bristol Myers Squibb, and as a director in the corporate/financial practice of Burson-Marsteller. Jeff earned his BA from Michigan State University’s School of Journalism and his MBA in finance from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business Administration.
